We understand how difficult it is to get experience. Every job seems to want you to have experience, but how do you get the experience without getting a job and doing the role, and the circle just goes around and around.

Between Broadside Films and Broadside Studios we make a conscious effort to, where possible, bring on less experienced members to the production. By doing this, we are able to introduce them to the industry in roles where some of the pressure is off and most importantly where, they are able to learn, network and enjoy.

All members of Broadside are DBS checked and this allows us to work with young adults aswell as 'proper' adults.

​

We accept people looking for experience in all roles on and off screen.

We don't have 'regular' positions within the company as we crew for each individual production, however, we are always working on something, so send us an email telling us a bit about yourself, what you're interested in and any links to any of your work you can show off, and we'll see what we can do!
